I've realised I can't ignore or even walk away from disturbances happening in front of my face. I see nothing else at all, your body is exceptional... resilient. You'll take some beating. Take a beating. Take a beating. I will float you gently round the room. Do not look down! Remember, the emperor is nude. He has no crown! Smiling, buffing brass. See your face! Fit to eat a meal off. Boats are sinking. Deftly hold your breath and dream of Burdock. Beneath surfaces, prestigious brace their resting place. Royal rot. Watery decay. Everything is gonna be.... alright. Cause you're dialled to 10. In your veins - adrenaline. Cause you know you are not one of them. I am the willing retriever of all things conveniently brushed under the carpet. Seriously... you've no idea. They pulled my body out. I wanted to scream and to shout. But my limbs were all substituted with unfamiliar bionics. They injected my toes with substances. I do not know where I am now. And I feel too embarrassed to ask. Quite tragic, I know. But even so... it was probably (probably) still so much better than curious fumbling. The best kiss that I ever had. The permanent marks of shark tooth and scars. How many people can say, the near end of your life was delayed... and you've survived to tell the tale.

I play the triangle. You play first violin. I'm always practicing. I want to earn my place next to where you're sitting. I want to smell the rosin. I want to watch you bow. I'm practicing my scales... and my pizzicato. I would do anything, concert master. I just want to play beside you in the orchestra. My angles are never quite touching. And I just want to be close to you. I'm getting better everyday. I don't mind if you don't know. Percussion blocks my view of you. I want to get so close. I want to see your frog. I want to touch your scroll... to compare violin hickeys, and peer through your F hole. I'd rather be your second, play down low. I'm sick of being the butt of one-liners and jokes. I'd take any old accompanying role. Cause I just want to be close to you.
3.
Is the thing that you love most about her when she says, "Yes darling, stick another pin into your eye. The rest of the world is blind." And is the thing that you love most about her when she says, "No darling, you are not in denial, no. The rest of the world is lying." And in exchange for inflation of your egotism, you've rejected everything you are. You're everything you used to hate. And the hot air inside of you. Your self superiority refuses to deflate. She looked twice in your direction. You were flattered by the attention. You're poisoning each others minds. What will you do when the novelty wears off? Should i tolerate your faeces? Pick up all the pieces when it's over? And in exchange for your overwhelming need to feel appreciated, she will verify your insecurity. You seem like you think you're having fun, but believe you, me, she will be the death of you and you will never be free. You used to be my good friend. Now I don't even recognise you. Did our five years of close friendship, really mean so little to you? Why didn't you reply to my letter, is it because you'd prefer to believe that your actions will not have a consequence.
